We have a customer friendly Cancellation and Refund policy.
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before you order is shipped. You can request your order cancelation by writing an email to us at email@example.com
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
If you cancel the order after it is shipped the shipping charges would be non refundable.
If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement : In case there are defects found in the product, you can return it to us and the shipping charges including the reverse shipping charges will be borne by us. We may request you to send us a snapshot of the defect at firstname.lastname@example.org
Customers have to self ship the product in case they would want to return it. We do not have reverse pick up available.
Products have to be well packed with your order number and name on the package or inside the package.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
No return and exchange request would be accepted , if the return/exchange request is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Refund would be processed within 9-11 Working days after the product is received.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for Return or Replacement, viz:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
If the saree has fall and edging .
If the product is customised for you .
If the Return or Exchange is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
You have to raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product through . Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product as intimated to you via email.
The product has to be shipped within a week and should be well packed with your order number and name on or inside the package.
Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it.
Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customised for you.

If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be returned within 7 days . The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer.
Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non refundable.
If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product
