Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – Indeloom

At Indeloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. We follow a transparent and customer-friendly cancellation, return, refund, and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at connect@indeloom.com with your Order ID.

  • If cancelled before dispatch, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable after dispatch.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage, it is eligible for replacement.

  • Please share clear photos or a short video of the issue within 48 hours of delivery at connect@indeloom.com.

  • In such cases, all shipping costs (including reverse pickup) will be borne by Indeloom.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Customers are required to self-ship the product; reverse pickup is not available.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • With original tags intact

    • Securely packed with Order ID and customer name inside or on the package

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept it. Inform us immediately at connect@indeloom.com with your Order ID.

  • Refunds are processed within 9–11 working days after the product passes quality inspection.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery

  • Sarees with fall and edging done

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Return or exchange requests raised after 48 hours

  • Products without original tags or packaging

Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only)

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email.

  • The product must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

  • Exchanges are not allowed if:

    • Fall and edging have been done

    • The product is customized

  • Once the returned item passes quality checks, the replacement will be shipped as confirmed via email.

International Orders

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

  • If cancelled before dispatch, the full product amount will be refunded.

Returns & Refunds

  • International returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  • The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • After receiving the product, our team will conduct a quality check.

  • Refunds will be issued only for the product value; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective Products (International)

  • If you receive a defective item, email connect@indeloom.com immediately with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images of the defect

  • We will offer either a refund or a credit note for the defective product.

Exchange Policy (International Orders)

  • Exchange is not available for international orders.
